Our lobster claws are culled from 1 ¾ to 2-lb. lobsters and are packed with sweet lobster meat. Lobster claws are empress cut with the shell completely removed making the lobster meat 100% accessible leaving only the smallest part of claw for individual handling. Cocktail lobster claws are cooked and individually quick-frozen. Lobster claws are packed in 2-lb. bags with 10-14 lobster claws per bag. Serve chilled with fresh lemon for over-the-top appetizers, or gently steam 5-7 minutes for a decadent dinner. Serve with butter.
