    1 pound of fresh picked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup finely diced celery

    Combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, and celery and mix well. Store in refrigerator for 2-3 house to allow flavors to blend.

    Did you know? For the very best lobster rolls, the mayonnaise is mixed with the meat while the meat is still hot. The trick is to use heat and the steam to flavor the mayonnaise.
