    I hope you can help me out. I lost my mom’s recipe for lobster bisque and I just can’t seem to find one worth a darn. I was hoping that maybe you could share one with me.????
    I know how to make the stock with onions/peppercorns/old bay seasoning….but I can’t remember the rest of it. I know she used a little tomato paste for color and heavy cream. I am making it for New Year’s Eve dinner for 10 people. My last two years attempts were okay but not great! Can you help me out?
