Q: When will I receive my order?
A: It depends on what you ordered and your preferred delivery date.
Live lobsters and live shellfish (mussels, oysters, clams) delivery is available Tuesday-Friday. deliveries are by 4:30 pm the next business day after being shipped.
Fresh frozen items (non-live seafood items) are shipped 2-day delivery Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Dry goods and non perishable orders ship Monday through Friday. Allow 1-7 business days for delivery.
Do you ship Internationally?
A: We regret we are unable to ship outside the USA, including Canada or to US territories.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: If you are a registered customer you can log in and check your order. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you the day your package is shipped. Order Tracking is available after 7 PM EST on the day your order is shipped. Order Questions

Q: How will I know you received my order?
A: Once you have placed your order we will send you an automatic e-mail which confirms your billing details, address, items ordered and the total amount payable.

Q:Why haven't I received my order confirmation email? Or, Shipping and Tracking email?
A: When you place your order, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide. If you do not immediately receive this email, your email may be getting blocked by your computer, email software or your internet provider. We want to keep you up to date and be able to communicate with you, please do one of the following:

Check your junk, bulk or spam folder. Disable the spam filter on your computer. If after trying these three, and you still have not received our email, please Contact Us . Please provide the name you used when placing your order, and we will be happy to resend the email.
